migrants commit less crime, proportionally, than British citizens

[Notch7]

Oh dear the migrant haters on here are gonna give themselves an ulcer

Migrants and crime in the UK - Migration Observatory

You must be really thick, my friend.
It's not a matter of how much crime they commit.
Even 1 crime is one more than we already have.
As said before, we can't kick out UK citizens who commit crime, but why would we keep foreigners who do?
It should be one strike and out.

You pretend not to understand what we're all saying in many threads.
You keep on justifying crime committed by immigrants because British people commit more crime.
That's a very poor argument.

That article stinks of bias. It's based on a load of stacked up assumptions, guesses and statements that reliable figures aren't available. This is because our government have decided they won't publish the figures, which leads to the obvious question as to why not.

Figures from other European countries show immigrants being disproportionally much more likely to offend.

poor Ivor just says things he wants to believe, not related to fact at all

1) most of these crimes are people who came here legally -are you saying we should have ZERO immigration?

2) no British government invited people to come here by small boat, you seem to think they did

poor Johnny, wants to believe immigrants are all criminals and is upset because they arent

As if.

We should have zero criminal immigrants.
One strike and out, even for legal immigrants like me.

2) no British government invited people to come here by small boat, you seem to think they did

They're encouraging them by doing nothing to stop them, giving them benefits, letting their family join them, closing both eyes when they commit crime, etc.

poor Johnny, wants to believe immigrants are all criminals and is upset because they arent

Immigrants are not all criminals, but the small minority of them who are criminals should be kicked out immediately after being found guilty.

did you even read it?

1) the comparison is Foreign Nationals, not Migrants.
2) it says there isn't reliable data.

• We cannot precisely compare conviction and incarceration rates among British and non-UK citizens because there are no reliable statistics on the current size of the population.

[Ivor Windybottom]

Is Notch employed by this forum to post really stupid stuff just to get "engagement" (and ad views)?

[Mottie]

We cannot precisely compare conviction and incarceration rates among British and non-UK citizens because there are no reliable statistics on the current size of the population.

Yeah, first bullet point. I stopped reading at that point because it was meaningless to anyone other than Notch.

For those that claim immigrants boost the economy...

The fiscal case for mass migration is being demolished

Perhaps because it’s the week before Christmas, the Migration Advisory Committee’s (MAC) latest annual report has attracted little attention. Many people can’t have read it, because it is full of incendiary details which demolish the case for mass migration. The MAC is ‘an advisory...

The second- and third-order costs of immigration are ignored by the twisters. Costs such as housing, crime or long-term suppression of wages and birth rates.

For decades we have imported people who will be a net drain on taxpayers, because we arbitrarily decided to ignore what happens after they’ve been here for five years

Imagine what we could have if we weren't paying for all these parasites.

[motorbiking]

I notice NotchyFacts hasn't come back to defend his false assumption.

Maybe he can tell us which religion makes up 18% of the prison population and only 6% of the general public?

[robinbanks]

We should have zero criminal immigrants

Britain is traditionally more tolerant than that on a variety of fronts, thankfully

[Ivor Windybottom]

Britain is traditionally more tolerant than that on a variety of fronts, thankfully

We should be very tolerant... towards tolerant people.

The current crop don't appear to have much tolerance or care for anyone outside of their little clique. We're just their money supplier. We should behave likewise if this is their attitude.

[johnny2007]

Britain is traditionally more tolerant than that on a variety of fronts, thankfully

So we should continue welcoming foreign criminals in our country.
I see your point...
