Ive got some mila prosecure hinges on a french door whose adjustments seem to be jammed. The height adjustment is very difficult and the compression on the top one has popped out. The hex adjustment inserts are also somewhat worn on some of the hinges. Bare in mind, these hinges are 2 years old. Are mila any good as a brand ? Or should I install some trojan patriot hinges instead ?

Thanks crank - much appreciate your all encompassing knowledge! Will crack on some patriots in spring.
BTW, do you know which direction the hex must be turned to raise the door ? Funnily enough the manual makes no suggestion and I don't want to get this wrong since the screws are already extremely tight.
