Mira Combiflow running cold.

Please forgive me for spamming the forum.
Inherited parents house that needs a lot of work doing to it and I’m an absolute novice when it comes to DIY.

I have a Mira Combiflow shower built into the wall. Every so often when I turn the shower on it runs freezing cold. Other hot taps in house run hot but the shower is ice cold and won’t warm up. Can go the day after and it’s fine. It happens randomly.
Any advice as to what the issue is? Or is it a new shower? It’s about 15 years old if that’s relevant.
