mira zest

Hi Folks
I've a mira zest which puts out cold water when the dail is on the mark immediately before it turns red, but when turned to the first red mark it pits out boiling hot water.

Any clues

mira zest early or late model ?

check the mains stopcock is fully open.
try running it with the showerhead off, hose hanging straight down.
check the inlet filter is clean.
