Mirror tiles are made from Glass, and so should be cut as glass, they arte avilable from any good diy store or "tile ware house" check your local phone book

I can't see any reason why not, but it would probably be considerably more expensive than bought tiles (it would be a special order).
It can't hurt to ask a glazing manufacturer though. Also they should certainly be able to make you a mirror to the exact size of whatever it is you want covered (instead of using tiles).

You would have to have the edges ground and polished which would be time consuming, unless they are mounted in frames of course.
