Mist coat - paint to water ratio?

Afternoon,

Got a bedroom that’s got walls with different surfaces, it’s been heavily sanded, lots of filler and different paint on the walls.

What ratio of paint to water would be best for a mist coat to seal it in before applying a white undercoat?

Depends on your brand, read their guidance , otherwise 3 :1 although mist coats are usually for newly plastered walls and you perhaps do not need one
