My hot water pressure has always been poor. My boiler is serviced annually and I was told in July and August (when they visited and when I recalled them) that my boiler was fine. I've since had United Utilities out to check water pressure and they said my pressure is actually above what the usual rate is so the problem must be the boiler even though I've been told its fine. The problems seems to affect one tap in particular so could it be I need a new mixer tap?

Is the cold water pressure and flow fine?
If so nothing wrong with the water.
If the hot comes out slow to all hot taps. It's the boiler.
