I have a theromstatic mixer when I increase the the heat the shower pulses. when i hold the shower up at head hight it will pulse on and off.

whats it running from hot/cold supply ?
Hi, to be honest i'm not entirely sure, we have a hot and cold tank in attic and i believe they both supply the mixer, but I have not got a clue about these things
pulses on what hot only cold only or both ?
it only pulses when you turn up the temperature. Do you know if a combi boiler is required for a thermo mixer shower?
what make/model is the mixer
