Turn on the hot water.

Probably a thermoscopic actuator gone in your shower mixer. Could also be a blockage or airlock some where in the feed through to the hot inlet part of the valve
A bit more info on the shower and system would be more helpful as my crystal ball is a bit cloudy at the moment as well
