Trying to undo cartridge got a leak other side was fine. Its dammed tight I have given it some WD but afraid i might wreck the tap Whats the best procedure see pic I am assuming anti clockwiseas looking at pic. thanks

Restrain the tap body, to avoid putting force on the SS sink. Eg a Stillson, wrapped in cloth to avoid damaging the chrome.
