Mixer Tap Rubber Washer Replacement?

Hi,

My bath tap is dripping (and the dripping is slowly getting faster). I suspect this can be fixed by replacing the rubber washer in one (or both) of the tap cartridges. Most handy youtube videos make this look really straightforward, but in my tap there's no obvious way of how to remove the cartridge. Attached a few pictures of my efforts to dismantle the tap and get to the cartridge/rubber washers.

Would really appreciate any advice on how I'm meant to replace it!

Cheers,
OD

They’re 1/4 turn cartridges and can be a minefield unless you know the make/model. To remove to gain access, you need to remove the chrome shroud (shown in photo) counter clockwise and then take to a plumbers merchant and see if they can marry up with what they have, unless you known the make/model, in which case get that one. Failing all of this, new tap time.

Thanks - this is really helpful. At least confirms I'm not missing something obvious...
