I have Heritage Glastonbury taps in my bathroom, one of which has developed a drip, do I have to change the whole cartridge, or can I just replace a washer?
I have been told I need these to replace them with,99063XX02S, but I did not know whether or not I could just replace the rubber washer. Thanks

These taps do not operate using rubber washers, they have cartridges. There are no rubber washers inside, only O rings.

I presume this is a tap with a quarter-turn lever? and a ceramic cartridge?

'mmm, £36 for a pair of cartridges, or 12p for a pair of washers.

I'm sure there is some reason why people buy ceramic taps, but I don't know what it is.
