Mixing Inhibitors

Can you mix Fernox or Sentinel with an existing inhibitor to maintain strength or do you have to drain and refill? Sinc adding a radiator, I have used Wickes inhibitor in my system and have read on here not to use "own makes"

you are better off using one or the other as mixing can counteract the performance of the inhibitor
fernox f1 and fernox 60 sec test strips these will tell you if you have enough inhibitor in your system

The tests ONLY cover the particular manufacturer's product.

They are not a universal test for inhibitor.

told him to use f1 + test strips
did,nt mean he was to use sentinel with fernox test strips
as the way iexplained earlier mixing them counteracts the inhibitor
