MK TV Coaxial Aerial Socket

Really sorry for asking such a stupid question but please help.

I have a MK TV Coaxial Aerial Socket, female. Back of TV is a connection, female. I have a cable one male end and one female end. Can i buy an adapter of some sort to modify my cable to have two male ends?
