Five times this week I have had the pleasure of my posts being wiped out when I add a smiley
The Smile one is particularly troublesome
Can you not sort this problem out.

I looked into this before, but I couldnt find a solution, the problem doesn't seem to follow any pattern, so it's very hard to resolve.

While typing this something occurred to me , which I have tried. I have altered some of the code, which might make a difference hopefully.

Let me know if you have any problems or if it seems to have fixed the problem.

It was changed more or less at the time of my second post. Friday 26th about 3pm.

I have to ask this, don't be offended, but are you sure you weren't accidentally selecting all the text then clicking the emoticon? Only I use a trackball and occasionally during my excited ramblings manage to hold down it's left button (technically bottom button) with the corner of the keyboard.

I have noticed that doing this doesn't seem to erase the text, but perhaps that is the code change made...

I have never had this problem, maybe users called Adam are immune
