Going back quite a few years but purchased two restaurant griddles for use on a mobile catering unit (changed the included LPG jets) and need to get hold of a servicing manual.
The make is Modular and I did hear that they were possibly French, they were quite a few around at the time (15 years or more ago) and are very professionally put together, I need to know what can be accessed, burners etc, while fitted, maybe by taking the hot plate off. Anyone that has good knowledge or a servicing manual for this particular griddle would be a godsend !!!
