I recently moved into a new house that came with a dishwasher. My dishes were coming out a little bit dirty and i noticed dirty water pooling at the bottom of the dishwasher so I took of the little guard and cleaned it and the little cup that is down there out and then gave it a test rinse cycle. Now there is no more dirty water sitting on the bottom of the dishwasher but that little cup has remained full. Is it supposed to stay full or should it be completely empty when the cycle is done?
