Mold near window

Hello,

I've recently had my kitchen plasterboared and skimmed. I've noticed that I've now got some mold growing on the internal cill, which I think is being caused by water ingress from the window (had the outside rendered too). I suspect there's not enough sealer around the window, which is allow water in. Obviously I'll get this sorted soon.

I haven't yet painted the walls in the kitchen, but have got paint ready for it. I assume I can't just paint over the mold, as it will just grow through. can you offer any suggestions for resolving this for painting?

Wash it over with a mix of 4 parts water to 1 part bleach...leave overnight, rinse then paint.
