I have a serious amount of mould around the UPVC windows in one room. Previously, when I re-decorated the room, I removed the sealant from around the windows and plastered (Polyfilla) right up to the window and didn't use any kind of sealant.
What is the correct way to plaster/seal around a UPVC window? I'm going to remove all the plaster (around 1inch from the window inwards) and re-do it but can't get my head around how/where to plaster up to, where/if to use sealant etc..
