I recently, due to a change of ISP, lost all access to my old email address. Over the months since then, as I have come across the need, I have changed it with various websites I use. Yesterday, I used MSM, and attempted to change it, but it needed access to my no longer accessible email address It said contact the site operators, so I did. The site operators wanted a copy of my driving licence, or passport, as proof I was, who I was. Seemed way over the top to me, for a simple change of email address, and then there is the risk of ID theft, so I refused to take that risk.
