monsoon shower pump fault

Hi, I have a monsoon 3.0bar twin shower pump serving two showers. This morning it has stopped working completely to one of the showers-ie no water at all is coming through the shower. The second shower pumped by the monsoon is working fine- any suggestions as to what could be the problem? It sounds like a blockage to me but I'm not sure who I would call to resolve this

I would say more of a shower mixer fault not pump.
