More allegations against Farage

Any claims that Farage will use this by election as a way to ignore the sanctions from his first election are completely without foundation and near certain.

The problem I see is if he loses, when loses, he can blame the 'establishment'.
The Standards Committee need to report and establish the exact penalties to be served, and what would happen if those penalties have been avoided by him not being an MP.

That was small donations made by Joe public to the campaign funds
 
Apparently MPs could refuse permission for a by election until Farages disciplinaries are completed.
