More tree assassination!

Unlike Scoby on another thread, I would - I'm afraid - like to finish off a few tree stumps and ivy roots/brambles chemically. The nearest thing I've seen in B&Q is Deep Root which I'm sure won't be powerful enough. Anyone know what I should be getting to finish these stumps and brambles off for good?!
