I have a several masonry repairs to do around the garden, the two I'll start with are the retaining walls and greenhouse footing. Neither were built on particularly good foundations but as I've found out when I was trying to repair the garden party wall it's a long way down to the hard.

Retaining cobblestone walls
0.5m high retaining walls of granite cobblestone which surround my greenhouse

What would be a suitable mortar mix to use considering:

It is outside and exposed to the elements
Most of the cobbles are smooth faced
The wall retains soil
The wall will frequently be subject to c . 100kg loading
Can't have too much lime leach into the soil

Greenhouse
The greenhouse (Halls Popular) was built without the optional base unit onto block foundations.
The mortar which seals the bottom has gaps (was built with timber shims) and slugs are getting in to the greenhouse

I need a mortar probably with a bit of flexibility
It'll be exposed to a lot of moisture

Could someone suggest mortar mixes for the above tw applications please.

Many thanks
