most radiators cold or look warm

i can only get 1 radiator hot all have thermostatic valves on them the pump is ok all radiators are on the same level when i switch the kitchen one off (the only one that works ok) the bathroom one comes on the thermostatic valves seem ok in that they are not stuck down could this be a air lock if so how do i rectify it

bleed the radiator, try a search on this forum for radiators, bleeding, or even bleeding radiators, or trapped air
