Hi, i have a mould problem in the north east corner of my house. The house is a late 50's build with believe it or not cavity wall to the front and solid walls to the side and rear (semi detached), side and rear are pebble dashed. All original - no works or drillings etc.. The corner in question is our bedroom that has built in wardrobes. I have put 2 off 3" dia vents through from the floor / base of wardrobe / internal shelves / top of wardrobe to aid air circulation but it is not helping. Do any of you here think it is practical to clad the side and rear of the house with insulation between the cladding and the original outer to create a thermal break or is there any other suggestion?
