In a living room with suspended timber floor, we're getting mould spots underneath the underlay(cloud 9) and on top of the softwood floorboards. The top of the underlay and carpet are completely mould free.
The floor void is vented with two air bricks, the floor and joists have been completely renewed recently. No leaks anywhere. Assuming it's a condensation issue...
Not sure why we're getting it in this particular house because we have others that are the same without this issue.
