Moulding advice

Hello,
Could anyone advise how I make some more of this skirting? I’m not sure which router bit to buy, or whether I should even buy an old moulding plane?

You would need a large beading bit or alternatively a torus moulding bit depending on the size. Use a 1/2in router in inverted in a router table (too big to run safely in a hand held router) with a tall fence and feather boards to machine it
