mounting slimline vertical radiator

Picked up slimline vertical radiator cheap off gumtree.
in great condition, but im unsure how to mount it. Seller said he user two screw/bolts into the wall using the top two mounts.

Anyone advise if just using the two top mounts are sufficent? Also anyone advise of make/model? Rad is 1800x450 is is exactally like This but mounts are different.

Top Mount.

Bottom Mounts (no bolts - assume this just rests on wall?

Wall is brick, was going to use wall anchors for the two mounts?

Looks like it's expected that the radiator will hang from the top two mounts, and be held at the bottom by the pipework. As it only has these two mounts I think that is how the designer intended.
 
Top fixing points will take the weight of the rad, bottom lugs are spacers,
