Moving a bottle trap

I am hoping to fit a new sink in a vanity unit. Instead of having a trap directly under the plughole I would like to install the trap flat against the wall at the back of the unit in order to maximise my storage space under the sink.

Is it possible to do this with a piece of flexible pipe, or is there a particular type of trap suited for this?

if you can find a fitting that will fit the waste and then connect to the trap do it.
