I was looking at one of the ebay listings of a bathroom sink vanity unit. This unit doesn't come with any waste and trap fixing so I would have to buy my own. All I know is that usually there has to be a lot of vertical space under the sink for the trap to fit in. However, in this unit the space is only 100mm.

Could anyone please help me in finding what sort of waste and trap would I need for this?

I have attached its picture with dims on.

You will have plenty of space for standard basin trap. The 100mm looks like it refers to the depth of the basin, not the space beneath it.
