is moving a toilet a big job. do you have to lift the floor up to run pipe to new position. would i have to kango another hole through wall to run w.c 110 mm pipe to soil stack. are there building regs to consider? any advice is appreciated

Depends on a number of factors, where's it going, are there services there, what is your skill level etc etc.

We need a little bit more info to answer that one. A Picture paints a thousand words... well, maybe a hundred or so.

You could use a Core Bit, Stitch drill or you could just use a hammer and chisel to knock a hole out.
