Wife bought a s/h car that is 3" 75mm longer than the garage! 
Up and over door 5.5m wide with wooden frame screwed to wide blockwork piers.
Looks easy to move but dont know how to contract the double springs either side.
when fully open and free of closer, springs only slightly extended but can't do it with human power.
Special tool? special skill?
