I am moving cylinder and f&e tanks to another room because cylinder is much bigger.
In theory the pressure at the bathroom taps/ shower should be the same fed from a different location.....right (as long as head is the same) ??

If you fit a modern cylinder you can probably keep the cylinder where it is as the recovery rate of the new cylinder would be so quick that you don't need a bigger one.

Some of the cylinders like the acv tanks can drag heat out of the pipes faster thank a boiler can supply it. Reheat times of 20 minutes from stone cold.
My other recommendation would be a glow worm ultrapower a cross between tank and combi. If the tank runs out it switches to combi mode.
Never run out of hot water. Also mains pressure hot water.
