Hi,
Looking for some advice please.
I’m afraid I don’t have lots of information as we do not yet have the keys.
But, we are in the process of purchasing this house and wanting to make the living room the kitchen.
Would it be possible to move the kitchen sink to the middle of the living room marked X (in middle of an island).
On floor plan you will see marked where the kitchen sink currently is, aswell as a sink for the downstairs WC, upstairs ensuite and master bathroom.
The purple pen indicates where a drain is on the outside wall.
The green indicates where the soil pipe is on the outside wall.
Floors are going to be replaced anyway so no trouble taking them all up.
Other plans are to convert the garage into the new living room.
