moving partition

hi all
i need to make my boot partition (C) 10 g larger i have used partition wizard in the past on my laptop
but ive lost the serial key and its the desktop i need to alter

any help etc

GParted best of all, it's absolutely free.

I use it on my computer (running Ubuntu 12.04.01 though, but it does run on Windoze and ultra expensive Macs. )

Personally I would use gparted as part of the PartedMagic CD: http://partedmagic.com.

You might instead be able to use the built-in Windows disk manager, depending on which version of Windows you use.

A Gparted boot disk all the way.

I just used one to increase my boot partition - took minutes (as long as the next partition is empty)

Bit late ... But, have found this useful :- 'EaseUS Partition Manager' The freeby version.

Hiren's boot CD v7.0 + is pretty useful, Make the CD bootable then run at start up. comes with most diag's and helpfull applications. Its free as well.
