Hi all. We currently have the washing machine in the garage and my partner would like to have put into the kitchen. The problem is, there is no feed or waste pipe where we have space for it (she also wants to add a dishwasher too).

This is the space we have for the washers: https://photos.app.goo.gl/9kMhhwYPBTUQej6WA

We've had a plumber have a look at possible options for getting the necessary work done and he has suggested either drilling through from the toilet behind where the washers will go and connecting up there.

OR

Drilling through from outside and connecting there:

Any suggestions as to which would be best?
Any things to be cautious of or watch out for?

The cold feed is straight forward take that off the sink feed and run it behind your kitchen units or underneath them

I personally would take the waste pipe outside , where does your kitchen sink drain into? Any chance if a wider pic of your kitchen showing the sink and whee you want to put the washing machine?

The sink is at the other end of the kitchen - it would a be big job involving taking up the floorboards to run it from the sink so was hoping to avoid that.

Ok then take the cold feed off the toilet although it does appear you have a suspended floor as the cold and hot feeds appear to disappear into the floor so you could connect under the floor and run the cold feeds straight up through the floor to where you want them

What do you prefer waste into toilet or outside , I can't see what the pipe runs would be like
