hi i am changing a Horstmann HRT3 for a MTS200 the HRT3 has 3 wires natural to pin 1 N - live to pin2 L - control/load to pin 3 NO do i need to do any thing else thank you

Seems ok imo, but you may require a link in the mts200

Hi all, I would like to change from the gira thermostat to meross MTS200. Does anyone know how to wire it. I don'z know what "NO" and "NC" means. Thanks a lot for your help

NO means normally open and NC normally closed. So will be the top 2 wires looking at that

do i need to build a connection between L and com as well

At this point, I'd say no.

also on the gira one the black cable indicates heating and the grey one indicates cooling.
