I'm arranging a for a replacement supply to a large 3 to 4 storey house being converted to 3 flats initially, and potentialy 6 seperate units at a later date.
The water supplier is offering to connect three 25mm supplies.
As they don't have interest in connecting extra feeds at the moment, this will mean I'll have to dig up the front drive etc again when we have the need for extra supply.
I wonder how others would handle this. Would I be better installing a single larger pipe and splitting within the property to the seperate (six) units.
The difference being initially that three 25mm are free, and anything else carries a fee.
Thanks
