    Hello

So I have a 'Worcester bosch greenstar 25si compact combi' which is barely 2 years old, ever since I have had it, it needs to be topped up almost every 3 months (the bar rating)

Also my boiler I have to use a key to top up the radiator is it possible to change this to the lever type?

    Cheers

Firstly you need to find out why the boiler needs to be topped up. Regularly top CH sytem will lead to corrosion in the system. Check you have no small weeping joints at tails of rads and any accessible joints on the pipework.
If you cannot find any, it maybe worth introducing a leak sealer.

They are safe to use and should not trouble the warranty.

Could be a number of reasons for this.

How big is the house, how many radiators? Expansion vessel in boiler may not be adequately sized for heating output.

What type of system was the old boiler on, was it sealed/pressurised already? If so, did you have to top up frequently before?

Could anyone be bleeding radiators causing pressure to drop?

As said already, check for leaks every joint/radiator, air vent in system. Easier to find when system cold. Also look at pressure relief pipe termination to see if water escaping there.

I think worcester do allow leak sealer, but best to find and repair leak if possible instead.

Yes you can add keyless filling lever to these.

Has the boiler been serviced annually between installation and now? If so, have you highlighted the issue? What do they say?

Often an open vented system is replaced with 'modern' combi not knowing the possible consequences of going from some 20 plus years of open vent operation to pressurised closed loop system.
Above seems to be the case as it needed topped up from start
Doubt the OP will find a leak if topping is needed every quarter
