My boiler whistles every time it is fires up from cold.

My boiler whistles from the flue every time it fires up from cold for about ten minutes. It is a Worcester Bosch 28Si II Combi.

I think it is either kettling or the gas valve but I'm not sure.

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Could need setting up correctly by a corgi. When was it last serviced?

Could be it's what we call 'singing' as there is too much gas/ high burner pressure when it first comes on at full power, then after 10 mins it modulates down.
