My dimmer switch was working fine until a bulb blew out, and now it won't dim. I replaced it with the same wattage bulb. It just turns off and on. What do i do?

get a new dimmer switch.
Your old one "blew" when the lamp you had went, it shorted and overloaded your dimmer, hence get a new dimmer
