My Fiat Punto is buzzing

1996 SX. When I start up occasionally there is a buzzing sound from the carb. (not a B).It is not there all the time and goes after a while. I think its a device on top of the carb inlet that squirts petrol. Can you shed some light on it because its quite loud at times.

Sounds like part of the choke mechanism is rattling. You need to get under the bonnet and look whilst buzzing occurs.
