My wet room has mould in the grouting. What is the best way to remove said mould? Is there a product that would kill the mould, or is the only option to scrape out the mould and then re-grout?

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

there are mould spores everywhere, throughout the world.

when they find damp conditions, they will grow.

how do you ventilate your damproom?

There is a fan which removes air when we've had a shower. Immediately after a shower we open both windows. We also have a dehumidifier which is on 24/7

the extractor fan works best with door and window shut

obviously your current procedure is not working.

I don't think you need to re-grout, but if you do, epoxy grout might be worth looking at. It is a pig to work with though.

As above.
Also good idea to get into habit of using a squeegee after ever shower to remove bulk of water from wall tiles to reduce stress we'd of mold formation.

And then HG using old toothbrush softly along grout line every month or two.
