anyone know who might stock one of these. I believe that the one fitted in the system is scaled up. Anyone experienced problems wih air separators?

yep not an uncommon problem with air seperators getting completely blocked with magnetite. First couple of times you look elsewhere for the blockage only to discover the part thats meant to help illiminate the problem is actually the source of the problem.

I had one of those last week. thought it was the pump at first... half the system was bone dry - no wonder the boiler was overheating. removed aerjec and customer observed the 'feed' was completely blocked. after prodding feed inlet with a coathanger it did clear the muck out and system then worked fine.
Also had to spend good 45 mins scrubbing out the F/E tank which was really scummy.
