Thanks ,I think a new boiler will pay for itself in a few years.This one must be 24 yrs old,original with house.Been looking at the worchester range.Its never simple ,the gas is 15 mm and boiler positioned in airing cupboard in centre of landing not against external wall.I dont really want a new gas pipe up the side of the house ,it will look awful.Plus where to run new condensation pipe.
