We have a old myson shower unit which incorporates the hot/cold mixer from manual adjuster dials. Problem just reared up is that the shower is now very weak pressure and to hot. I suspect the valve is cruded up with lime scale as we are in a very hard water area and have not got a softner yet.
My question is : is the valve thingi an serviceable/ repair item or will I have to replace the whole thing. I have never opened up one of these things before and really am clueless.
