I had 4 rooms plastered and were painted about a year ago.Just recently there have been mysterious stains/moulds appearing on the ceilings and walls.They are in the kitchen and bedrooms and on internal and external walls,It looks like a mould as just wipe away.Any ideas as seems to be spreading .It is only in the rooms that were plastered at the same time.

Without seeing it, it's hard to tell. On the walls, you could say it might be efflorescence, but if it's on the ceilings too,, who knows. A picture might help if poss.
