Has anyone ever had the pan on the toilet leak through the lower ceramic? Fixed what I thought was the only leak on a cistern service valve only for the floor to still be damp and wet week after with no visible leaks either from the close couple or inlets. Soil line and inlet water line are tiled in, so unless I break in....

Could it be condensation? I sometimes get that from the cistern but I must admit not from the actual lav.

Usually it turns out to be leaking from something ordinary despite first impressions. Try coating everything with talc and look for run-marks next day.
