I can see the point you are trying to make, but the data doesn’t support this. If you exclude the poor data you have to do the analysis on what is remaining, not compare what’s left with the whole data set.
Casey addresses this error in her report. It’s the error that has allowed some spokespeople as well as the forum idiots to claim that it’s 80+% a white british male problem.

No, you still don't get it. But that's fine. I started by replying to diyfun's post about perspective and objectivity, which I thought was an interesting angle. This is a topic I only dip in and out of, so I'm not going to get dragged into a lengthy and boring discussion about data sets.

I have understood your statement. But without the context of other ethnic groups, and what is meant by CSE it’s misleading.
Your point was that Asian rape gangs are a tiny amount of overall offence data. The same is true for white rape gangs.
